Victor L. James Jr. II, CFI
Co-owner of ICA Enterprises LLC which he founded. He has over 17 years experience in Retail, Logistics, and Corporate Loss Prevention as well as serving as an Area Coordinator for a private security company.
His experience includes thousands of investigations throughout the United States in the private sector involving various scopes of fraud and theft. He has also served as a Safety Training Coordinator for several Fortune 500 companies and has participated in many OSHA inspections and investigations on a private sector level.
He graduated from Franklin University with a Bachelor’s in Business Forensics (Study of Fraud). He is also a graduate of the Ohio Police Academy and has received training on Wicklander Interview/Interrogation techniques and is trained in the science of statement analysis. He is also credentialed as a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) making him a specialist in conducting Interviews & Interrogations.
He has also completed the OSHA 30-hour course, and has written several training manuals and programs on Report Writing, Interviewing techniques, and various Safety subjects.
Mr. James is a member of ASIS International and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and is a Level One Field Agent through the Kids Safe Network.
